The CRMailer is a hosted application, thus the system can not be used for sending unsolicited emails, surveys, user polls or correspondence without the recipients prior approval.

Accounts will be immediately terminated with no notice or refund if this application is deemed to be used for spam. Spam in our opinion, is the sending of unasked or opted in for email correspondence.

A repeated complaint against an individual account is deemed a spamming violation.
All emails sent much have the unsubscribe link visible for unsubscribing or editing of information.

Payment is due prior to setting up and configuring the CRMailer and on or before the first of each month. Email charges are due on or before the 10th of the month following usage.
